In 2004, Helen co-founded Creative Journeys with inspirational musician, Robert Norton.

Using simple tools and techniques, like guided visualisation, intuitive painting, colour healing, vocal toning, movement and percussion, Creative Journeys provides you with a safe space to release your blocked energies and enjoy being your authentic self.
